THE FARMHOUSE.
The Yilawura farmhouse is a well-appointed and spacious weatherboard cottage offering stunning views across the Capertee Valley from its elevated position.
The accommodation features three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests - one king and one queen (both with ensuite), and two single beds. A third bathroom includes full-size bath and laundry (front load washer + dryer).
We have two living and entertaining areas for guests to relax, with a wood burning slow combustion fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the season.
The house is furnished with a mix of new and antique furniture pieces. Starlink high-speed internet provides convenience for remote working, and a Smart TV with Netflix, Stan and many other apps is also complimentary for guest use.
Our fully equipped kitchen provides all of the modern convenience of home, with coffee pod machine/microwave/dishwasher/electric oven/gas cooktop/fridge & freezer. We provide light breakfast supplies including cereal, milk, coffee & tea.
Outdoors there’s a saltwater swimming pool to enjoy, large entertaining deck with gas BBQ, and a pick-and-eat seasonal veggie patch and orchard, plus 125 acres of garden, paddocks and bushland to explore.
LOUNGE.
Yilawula features two spacious living and entertaining areas.
The cosy main open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room overlooks the outdoor deck and provides stunning views of the escarpment and gardens. A wood burning fireplace keeps you warm on chilly nights.
The large L-shape sofa is the perfect spot to relax and catching up on your favourite movie or show via the Smart TV with Netflix, Stan and many other apps. A Wii game console is also available for guest use.
DINE.
Our large 10-seat dining table is the perfect setting to entertain family and friends, with quality crockery, cutlery and glassware provided.
Reverse cycle air conditioning through out the house ensures warmth in winter and cool comfort in summer.
COOK.
Our fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences of home, including coffee pod machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooktop, fridge & freezer.
We provide everything you need to be able to cook up a storm and dine in.
We also provide complimentary tea & coffee, fresh milk, muesli and cereal for you to enjoy your first breakfast at yilawura.
RELAX.
The family room is a separate living space adjoining the bedrooms and overlooks the rear lawn and swimming pool, with escarpment views.
The comfy leather couch is the perfect spot to relax with a good book from our collection, play some games or enjoy coffee in the sun.
With picturesque windows, sit and enjoy breakfast and watch the abundant array of birdlife, and curious kangaroos that visit the garden each day.
SLEEP.
Bedroom 1 features a King size bed made up with quality 1000 thread-count sheets, linen bedding, feather pillows and luxury quilt.
Electric blankets, spare pillows and warm blankets ensure you are comfortable, no matter what the weather is outside.
The room also provides an ensuite, walk-in robe and overlooks the garden pergola covered with stunning wisteria.
SLEEP.
Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed made up with quality 1000 thread-count sheets, linen bedding, feather pillows and luxury quilt.
Electric blankets, spare pillows and warm blankets ensure you are comfortable, no matter what the weather is outside.
The room also provides an ensuite, built in robe, and overlooks our cottage garden.

yilawura has three modern bathrooms - two ensuite and one main bathroom with full-size bath - with quality organic cotton towels.
Complimentary luxury amenities for guests including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Towel bath robes and slippers are also provided.
The main bathroom also has laundry facilities (front-load washer + dryer + tub).

Cool off in our saltwater swimming pool.
